Organizers, we'd be happy to place your event's rules, regulations, layout map, and/or application form online for our Subscribers.

If you already have your documents online elsewhere, please send us the address so that we might create a link to it. If not, just email a digital file of your documents. "Smallest size" pdf file(s) is favored, however, we can also take MS Word (save in "doc" format), PageMaker, and InDesign files. If you are using standard fonts in your document, there should be no problem with the latter 3 type of files, however if you have fancy fonts, they might be substituted with another font. Layout maps can be a pdf, jpeg, tiff, eps, or Illustrator file (with fonts rasterized). We cannot use Corel and Freehand files, unless converted to a file format previously mentioned.
